This three-day training programme aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the main principles and techniques of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of EU-funded projects. By combining theoretical input with practical exercises in relation to the project life cycle, it offers a unique approach to developing skills for effective M&E. While the course largely uses examples from EU external cooperation, the techniques are applicable in a wide variety of projects and contexts. The in-person course also offers the opportunity to exchange with peers and expand the participants’ professional network. The course combines different learning approaches:
Debates and discussions to promote the exchange of experiences with trainers and other participants.
