On 2 October 2026, the College of Europe in Natolin will have the pleasure to host a special lecture delivered by the Secretary General of the European External Action Service, Ms Kajsa OLLONGREN.
The lecture will be followed by a discussion with students moderated by Mrs Ewa OŚNIECKA-TAMECKA, Vice-Rector of the College of Europe.
About the speaker:
Ms Kajsa OLLONGREN became Secretary-General of the EEAS on 1 September 2026. She had previously served as EU Special Representative for Human Rights. Ms OLLONGREN has extensive experience from European and national public service, having served as the Netherlands’ Minister of Defence, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and previously to that having been the Netherlands’ top civil servant.
