Regional Cooperation in Action with RYCO

We couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up Professor Odeta Barbullushi’s course “Regional Cooperation in Southeastern Europe” than by welcoming the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) team into our classroom.

Last week, Deputy Secretary General Kreshnik Loka and Head of the Albanian Branch Evis Myftari shared the story of RYCO’s first decade, from its start through the Berlin Process in 2016 to the many projects that have brought young people across the Western Balkans closer together.

After spending the whole semester learning and debating these topics, it was great to see what regional cooperation looks like in practice.
