Capacity Building
The Capacity Building Programme at Natolin offers a comprehensive range of opportunities designed to deepen your existing interests, explore new areas, develop practical skills, and prepare you for the next steps in your career journey. Through workshops, mentoring, career activities and other opportunities, the Programme enables you to shape your professional identity, develop thematic expertise and strengthen the skills needed to pursue rewarding careers in European institutions, diplomacy, civil society, academia, public and private sectors.
The programme combines four main components:
Training
Practical workshops delivered by practitioners from public institutions, international organisations and the media. Learn from their experience and develop the skills your future career demands.
Career Development
Encounters with professionals and experts from different sectors, providing first-hand information. They will help you make informed decisions and offer insights into their fields and job application processes.
Nests
Four thematic learning communities examining contemporary policy and social issues. Expert practitioners and students collaboratively design activities in varied formats, such as debates, field visits, and book launches.
Practice and Apply Lab
Develop your writing and media skills with technical and editorial support from Natolin staff. Receive mentoring to write op-eds and policy papers or produce podcasts, with selected work published on College platforms.
