Between 20-26 September 2026, the College of Europe in Natolin hosts the next edition of "Poland - Training on Administrative Capacity of Moldova@Natolin (PolTAC@Natolin)" - a targeted training initiative designed to support Moldova’s public administration and self-governments in preparations for membership negotiations and for EU accession.
The current edition brought to Natolin two groups of participants. One, comprising civil servants working on the European integration dossiers in their respective institutions, is offered training on the accession negotiations, operations of EU institutions and legal harmonisation. The other cohort, comprising representatives of Moldovan regions, came to Natolin to discuss Polish practical experience with EU Cohesion policy at regional and local level.
The programme is implemented in partnership with Solidarity Fund PL, and was made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Poland, offered in the framework of Development Cooperation. The Bureau for European Integration of the Republic of Moldova is the key institutional partner of the PolTAC@Natolin project, providing important assistance in defining needs that required addressing during the subsequent session of the programme.
The project is financed from the state budget within the framework of the Polish development cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland through the Solidarity Fund PL.
