New in 2026–27: The Natolin Mentoring Programme

The Capacity Building Office is pleased to launch the 2026–27 Mentoring Programme, connecting students of the Gutenberg Promotion with Natolin alumni for personalised career guidance.
The programme will give students the opportunity to learn directly from alumni and benefit from their professional and academic experience. Students will be able to choose a mentor whose background and experience best match their interests and career aspirations, and engage with them on questions ranging from career choices and professional development to navigating particular sectors and opportunities.
The initiative builds on last year’s Capacity Building mentoring programme, through which Natolin staff supported students in their development. This year, the programme expands the mentoring opportunities available to students by drawing on the experience of the wider Natolin alumni community.
Call for alumni mentors
We invite Natolin alumni from all Promotions, professional backgrounds and career stages to join the programme as mentors. Your experience – how you approached your first career decisions, entered a particular field, navigated professional transitions, or applied what you learned at Natolin – can provide valuable perspective to a current student.
How does it work?
Step 1: Sign up by 6 September
Fill in the registration form, briefly describing your current role and professional experience and providing your preferred contact details (email or LinkedIn).
Step 2: Choose your availability
Offer two mentoring sessions minimum to one, two or three students.
Step 3: Students choose their preferred mentors
In September, students will receive a list of participating alumni mentors and indicate whom they would most like to connect with. The list will be shared securely through the intranet.
Step 4: We make the match
Where a match is possible, the Capacity Building Office will put you and the student in touch.
Step 5: Start mentoring!
Once connected, you can arrange your conversations directly with your mentee.
