The Natolin Second Semester Study Trips of the academic year 2025-26 of the Victoria Amelina promotion have already completed.
Natolin students travelled to three regions to examine how security challenges, geopolitical dynamics, and resilience are shaping Europe’s present and future strategic landscape.
Finland and Sweden, Türkiye, and Tunisia were key cases that illustrate how to navigate security pressures, geopolitical competition, and the evolving relationships with the EU and other actors.
The study visits were organised around three main themes:
Study Trip to Helsinki, Finland and Stockholm, Sweden: “Europe at the Time of War – The State of Defence, Deterrence, and Preparedness in the Nordic-Baltic Area”
#TeamHelsinkiStockholm:
Study Trip to Istanbul, Türkiye: “At the Crossroads – Security Broker, Migration Gateway, and Regional Power”
#TeamIstanbul:
Study Trip to Tunis, Tunisia: “Into the EU’s Southern Neighbourhood – Strategy, Security, and Euro-Mediterranean Partnership”
#TeamTunis:
These study trips remain a core component of the European Interdisciplinary Studies programme. To learn more about the different destinations and topics of the previous study trips organised for Natolin students, click here.
