BERMAN, Senior Vice President of the American Foreign Policy Council and one of America's leading experts on foreign and security policy.

Ilan BERMAN has served as a consultant to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, the Departments of State and Defense, and has testified before Congress on numerous occasions.
