La Chaire Baillet des relations Union européenne-Chine et le Centre de recherche Union européenne-Chine ont conjointement publié la revue électronique EU-China Observer de 2009 à 2020. La revue EU-China Observer constituait une plateforme interdisciplinaire d'échange d'idées pour les spécialistes et les praticiens sur l'actualité des relations entre l'Union européenne et la Chine.
L’EU-China Observer était publié quatre fois par an : en mars, juin, septembre et décembre. Certaines éditions étaient dévoluées à des thèmes spécifiques.
