Bruges Facilities and Hotel Services

The Facilities and Hotel Services Office is the dedicated point of contact for our students for:

  • general services (including reception and bookshop);
  • residence/housekeeping/maintenance matters;
  • catering;
  • technical services;
  • night security issues.

Our aim is to support the students by providing a vibrant, healthy, comfortable, safe and clean environment to live and study. We hope that their study time and residential life at the Bruges campus will become a great experience.

We are here for our students, so whenever they have questions, ideas or suggestions, they are always welcome to come and see us.
