On 25 April 2008, the dialogue forum organised by MCF, FBA and EPLO gathered senior representatives of major international and regional organisations and agencies, other key players as well as representatives of EU Member States. The participants exchanged views on the risks and planned activities on how to address the security implications and development needs related to climate change in Africa.
